Getting Started
What do I need to do to get my project started?
Answer: Have a rough idea or concept of what you want to build, size, shape, material
selections and what you hope the completed job will look like. Also have a realistic idea of your budget amount for the project. Things always cost more then expected.
What items will I need to have available for an estimate?
Answer: House plans, Site plans or Survey map, and any helpful schetches, drawings, photos, pictures, etc. that would help convey your project ideas to us.
What To Expect
How long will my initial project consultation take?
Answer: Generally about one hour.
How long until we have a written estimate for our project?
Answer: Generally about two weeks. Each estimate is designed then itemized for cost and delivered to you. Please provide us with your E-mail address.
Do I have to pay for an estimate?
Answer
: Our estimates are Free, except for Design/Build. In the case of Design/Build, there will be a standard fee for preliminary design concepts and detailed costing.
How long will the project take?
Answer
: This depends a lot on the size, type and design of the project. We will layout a project time line for your project, and maintain a tight schedule. One customer project at a time!
